Our 3-month check-up is designed to ensure you’re progressing smoothly on your journey. During this comprehensive review, we’ll assess your symptoms, track improvements, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. You’ll receive a full health evaluation, and personalised guidance to continue managing menopause effectively. Whether it's lifestyle advice, symptom management, or medication adjustment, we’ll make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
Six Month Review (if needed)
No Cost
Our 6-month review is usually conducted if changes are made at you 3 month review and provides an in-depth assessment of your progress and well-being. We’ll evaluate how your body has responded to treatments, track long-term improvements, and refine your personalised care plan if necessary. This session includes a detailed symptom analysis, plus recommendations for ongoing lifestyle changes or adjustments to your regimen. Our goal is to keep you feeling balanced, empowered, and in control as you continue navigating through your journey.
Annual Review

Our annual review offers a thorough, year-end assessment of your menopause journey. We’ll take a look at your overall health and identify how effective our treatment plan is. This review includes a full evaluation of symptoms, lifestyle factors, and potential areas for improvement. We’ll also explore long-term wellness strategies to ensure you're feeling the best you can. Our aim is to provide you with ongoing support, helping you stay in control of your well-being year after year
