These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by My Menopause, a clinic run by a registered nurse, dedicated to supporting women through their menopause journey. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Services

My Menopause offers a range of services to support clients experiencing menopause, including health consultations, checkups, treatment plans, and ongoing guidance. Services are delivered by a qualified healthcare professional and tailored to the individual needs of each client.

 

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

  • Missed Appointments: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

 

3. Fees and Payment

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for services are clearly outlined during booking. Payment is due at the time of service or via prior arrangement.

  • Payment Methods: We accept card and cash for services rendered. For any outstanding payments, a reminder will be sent, and the amount must be paid within 7 days of the notice.

  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for completed consultations or treatments unless there is evidence of negligence on our part.

 

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared during consultations and checkups is kept strictly confidential and complies with the relevant healthcare privacy laws. Any personal or health-related data collected is securely stored and only used for the purpose of providing care.

 

5. Health and Safety

We prioritise the health and safety of our clients. It is essential that you provide accurate and up-to-date medical history and inform us of any changes in your health. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the effectiveness of our care.

 

6. Limitations of Service

The services provided by My Menopause are for supportive care and general health guidance related to menopause. Our services do not replace or act as a substitute for your primary healthcare provider or specialist. Any serious medical conditions or concerns should be discussed with a licensed medical doctor.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their health and medical history.

  • Following the guidance and recommendations provided during consultations.

  • Keeping us informed of any changes in health or new symptoms.

  • Attending all scheduled appointments.

 

8. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to change or update our services, fees, and terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and posted on our website.

 

9. Liability

My Menopause aims to provide the highest standard of care, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services. We are not liable for any adverse effects arising from a failure to follow advice or prescribed treatment. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the cost of the service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.  Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
